It's only a matter of time. I wonder when the Coast Guard will be called up like they were as Air Marshals after 9/11.

The military and police are people too, and they have much more in common with the protesters than the rich. Anything remotely similar to what you're suggesting would cause a huge rift in ranks

Of course, there's always the option of pickin a fight abroad, and firin up that pesky 'draft' to get rid of all those noise-makers.

Yes this is true.

The US (my) government acts this way.

The US government warns and ATTACKS other countries for brutalizing their own citizen protesters who are in their streets protesting.

What are we doing?

Brutalizing our own US citizens who are protesting in our streets.
