What could we possibly tell them that they cannot look up themselves?

If you don't like liberals or their comments why are you on HuffPost?

that's how the public is going to think.  it's going to be even worse when (if) the gox customers are officially cheated out of their fiat or btc.  the comment i read that hurt the most:

"krugman called this months ago"

for the sake and life of bitcoin, gox cannot go under.  Whales need to step up now.

According to the latest "update" on gox, they sound like a takeover is happening there. We can only hope.

Why does that hurt?

The people who believe that just don't deserve to be early adopters.

Haha top post from a so-called Political Pundit: "Wow, a currency for criminals has thieves among its patrons.  Who could have seen this coming?"

I don't know what people expect from the comments of a newspaper.

i dont care about media.. after all in 2012 bitcoin had bad press about bitcoinica and pirate@40..

.. another yawn at all this drama, give it a couple weeks and bitcoin media will learn the true facts that while there are nasty people operating services using bitcoin. bitcoin itself has not been affected. no coins were lost out of the chain. it simply changed hands of who owns the coins.. yes users were affected, but that does not make the bitcoin protocol any different. it still stand strong.

people just need to learn not to trust people that they cant slap with a wet fish. no matter what credentials they have.

I do enjoy debating and I do like the website itself besides it's incredibly liberal bias. But there's a difference between debating someone with a legitimate opinion and arguing with someone who simply is too ignorant to understand something.

These people's entire belief system revolves around transferring as much wealth and power possible to an all powerful centralized government. In other words, it is they who are the thieves.
