Submitted a ticket and got a generic response to wait 24 hours for the transaction to be confirmed in the blockchain. It was never submitted to the Bitcoin network, however. I've had other transactions go through since.
I'm waiting until tomorrow to re-submit the ticket, but it seems that MTGox has a glitch somewhere. Edit: Update - it sounds like it's a known issue that's currently being worked. I think something went wrong last Tuesday for Btc withdrawals, because I have actually mde subsequent withdrawals that have gone through.
