Title: Bitburner Furry settings
Post by: copyfile on February 25, 2014, 07:05:24 PM
I have a question about my bitburner furry, it's running very stable at around 47ghs with the settings displayed below. The only problem is that the miner uses 100W with these settings, not the 50/75W that is advertised on many sites. Do i have to change something to get better power usage?

cgminer -o stratum+tcp://eu-stratum.btcguild.com:3333 -u user -p x --avalon-options 115200:32:10:50:256 --bitburner-voltage 1300

Voltage seems too high for 256 mhz.
Try 1000 or even less, instead of 1300.
You will start seeing high HW errors when you get too low.

Actually this is only valid if the device shows up as "BBF" in CGMiner.

If it shows as "BTB" then 1300 should be OK.
