Okay, I'll write the code if I can add Demmurage/Goxage/Goxurrage, and get some premine :P * Goxurrage, which is just demurrage, but instead of distributing demurrage evenly like freicoin, every 744 blocks or something like that we randomly pick from the top 5 highest balance public keys and zero it, and reallocate the coins to becomes part of the block reward for the next X blocks or something.
