i dont know how yoou count premine , but if i look on block explorer there are thousands of little blocks smaller then 10.000 coins , that means a lot less premine .and actually the mining pool is getting mostly all blocks , so everyone can join mining BTC
 also a lot of this coins are going to give away at twitch stream , for people who cant mine their own .
so please do your research proper .

I very much agree with what you said, masternode is now synonymous with scam, I am tired of hearing the word "masternode", I am very happy to see the coin of POW algorithm like JMC Coin, I will mine it now.

I have no idea, if nothing is said about so there should be no minimum. Anyway as my experience when you buy first time any coin better to start from like 50-100$ investment till you get first stake

How do I stake? Just leave your wallet on and after 7.75 your coins are eligible to "stake" and mint. We call this "matures". There's a chance every 90 seconds your make crypto, if not, you wait and your chances get better over time. This applies to each individual stack/line in your wallet.

I'd bought some JMC overnight, intending to transfer the coin in the morning, but after buying some JMC coin, it was in TS maintenance mode.
I cannot transfer the coin out to my mining wallet, or do anything with the coin.

So my newly bought coins just sit...waiting.
