I see that your account is from 2013, but I also see 2 red flags here which are

1. Big gap from January 25 to August 08 without a post
2. Password was reset recently.

8/8/2018 12:15:42 AM password reset via email

Selling on Paypal is risky enough with it being so easily reversed without any additional flags.

If he’s willing to wait 180 days which I doubt.

Could be a hacked email which gave access to both the account here and the Paypal.

I have a feeling this guy is legit, but that's just me.  However I agree that since this is a PayPal deal, any doubt whatsoever will probably prevent him from getting it done.

He obviously hasn't posted much since 2013, so that gap kind of makes sense and a password change isn't a huge red flag for me unless it's accompanied by an e-mail change.  Sometimes people change their passwords for security reasons.  Plus his post quality seems to be consistent from 2013 till now.

It's tough getting PP deals done on the forum because they're so risky.  OP, you don't have any positive trust, so that's probably what's going to prevent you from buying bitcoin.  It's an unfortunate fact of life here, and don't take it personally.
