The downside of being that "anonymous" - no trust.

He can easily prove ownership of those addresses by signing a message with 2-3 of those addresses.

EDIT - That address has been confirmed (somewhere on Reddit) as belonging to BitStamp.

Thanks for the reply mate. there just so much scamming going on its crazy, iv twice lost money. still trying to find someone selling itcoins and a good rate. Just my luck. But at least i didnt get scammed this time. Thanks again mate.

You may use an escrow if you don't trust or it smell some fishy. Good luck with that buddy !

Protip:- If someone is offering to double tenfold your money, but, you have to go first, it's a scam.

That should be a no brainer... but unfortunately people see dollar signs and shit themselves stupid.
