My local exchange Indodax (before it, known as vip.bitcoin.co.id) offering community coin voting, you can take a look at here (https://help.indodax.com/en_US/community-coin-voting).
Just do some research and looks like new exchanger called BiteBTC offering free coin listing (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3223743.0) and probably more if you do some research on this forum or on google.

Cryptopia
AFAIK DEX can list your ERC-20 tokens.
Check out this list of available DEX here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4724064.msg42685352#msg42685352

You can add coins by voting here: Cryptopia (https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/) , Mercatox (https://mercatox.com)
In C-cex (https://c-cex.com/) you can vote for free or you can pay 0.001 btc per vote so you can get your coin on top. I don't think any coin get listed here from only free votes. Usually the ones getting listed pay to get the vote.

I do see recently some new exchange with free listings but i dont usually trust em up.

try your luck with nessie.io , they had 10 free slots before launching and I guess they aren't filled yet so maybe there is still a chance to list there for free
it's still a new exchange but it has a great advantage since the coins listed there will be listed on moneypot network , so devs can find a place for their coins to be traded and to be offered by gambling sites as well

Ethen.market has free listing. One can also verify a token there and get an announcement in their social media for free. But it is for ERC20 tokens only.

It's difficult to recommend since we don't know if the process will be smooth in your case so better test check the recommendations here on actual.

Anyways you can take this as reference together with other suggestions here: CLICK! (https://www.katarinanolte.com/crypto/how-to-get-a-cryptocurrency-listed-on-exchanges/)

There are a lot of free listing exchanges in this cryptoworld. The best free listing exchanges for me is the mercatox. All of the coin that are being list in that exchange is really getting pump hard. It is the best way to earn a lot of money or profit. Just always keep of requesting to list the coin that you want to be pumped so it can be listed based on the coin quality. Always do your own research

Im not sure about this thing.

But you can look out for those new exchange and have an appearance on their exchange for free. AFAIK binance is going to list your coin if its very well made and has potential, cz wants to focus developers with their projects.

KuCoin, Okex, Coinex conduct voting contests for free listing of coins. They conduct quality check of those coins before listing them

Hello guys, do you know where exchanges have free listing services? or through vote?

There are some exchanges that instead asking for payment to list your token, they will list some tokens and then their community can vote and decide which coin will be listed, it is basically free. But, trust me if you want to win the voting you will need to spend some money so the community will vote for your coin. Otherwise if your coin is a token run on some platform like Ethereum, Waves, or Stellar, there are some Decentralize Exchange that will list your coin freely.

Which exchanges are that? Actually Binance don't list for free, it always asks for payment. On Bittrex it's very hard to get listed.

Any high trusted exchange certainly not listing for free unless it is high volume currency. And that's good because most of the fraud is failing.
