Title: Signature problem...
Post by: Bitcoin_Mafia on February 27, 2014, 02:56:32 AM
I just had a weird signature issue pop up. I've got well over the 10 post minimum and my signature was working fine, until it wasn't. The links weren't removed, the sig just *broke* - the code got FUBAR and when I went to fix it, the text box limits me to only 50 characters. TOTAL.

Any help is appreciated!

Cynthia

It because of the implementation of the new signature rules just today. Please read in the meta section.

My friend had the same problems. The reason is the implementation of the new signature rules

these are new rules you must know about.!
Quote
- Newbie: No styling (including links) allowed. Max 40 characters.
- Jr. Member: Links allowed. Max 100 characters.
- Member: Unlimited length.
- Full: Color allowed.
- Sr. Member: Size allowed
- Hero: Background color allowed
So to add link in your signature you'll need minimum of 30activity points..!

I think newbs can still have signatures, they're just heavily restricted.

@hilariousandco  will Stunna pay us for this tiny sig ?

No idea as there's been no update from him, but even if he changes the deal to exclude users of our membership group I believe he will pay what he owes us.

yes, I believe so too :)
so far he turned out to be an honest man :)

altough the worst situation would probably be lowering the price per post, since he also gets valuable backlinks and not just advertising :)
