You do know, when a project has no ICO, no premine, no instamine, no mining tax, no way whatsoever for the developers to profit from their project...

:) That is true. Every ICO project seems to be a casino roulette. But when you are armed with minimum knowledge, it is easier to distinguish them.

Thank you for Ubex review. A very critical, but constructive approach. I think a good technical approach should be shown on a stage of white paper and smart contract - totally agree with you

Thanks, we tried to be honest with the reader. Unfortunately or for the better, Ubex got its Hype.

Also true, but then project`s brief/white paper should emphasize on what is project`s possible FUTURE(today`s presumption) and what is not and is a minimum plan for NOW. It would be better for ICOs to have regulation on Ethereum(other blockchain) level for what should be defined 100% scam and what is not.
Just an idea if ICO could have open-source task manager, where everybody sees its internal processes due to date.

I have noticed that many people are against ICO's. I understand that people nowadays are launching fake project in order to scam money from people in the name of initial coin offerings. But if you think the other way, it promotes the genius and brilliant minds who dont have enough money to invest in the project and work on it to make some revolution in the field. Not every brilliant mind in the world has money to setup as startup. Moreover, its not that hard to determine a potential project if you read the whitepaper carefully and do some research.

Other way thinking is justified in case genius is leaded by his talent, but not his greediness.

Agreed with you, need to remark that there is a young marketplace around "blockchain", where a few of programmers got good experience and not all developers can do their best in what they are really good at. So it will eliminate the lack in technical aspect using the instruments that already is in public use.

We gain a idea like that every ico can be Scam in this year. Due to some projects which they are really trustable but we cant take back good results. Why ? You should ask this question themself.

In actuality there are well thought scam projects out there and you will only know that it is a scam once the project have finished its ICO and will not distribute the tokens or the tokens have no actual value at all, and there are also projects that you will think that is a scam but in actuality they are legit its just that sometimes either developers or managers tend to forget some details that people needs to see in their whitepaper, website, social media or even bounties.

There are two or more types of investors, at any ICO project. One of them truly believe that the project will successfully finish, other ones know that it seems to be a fraud but on Hype, where could be earned a profit on the exchanges or exchanger.

In addition, there are a bunch of investors that manipulate with the community intentions and direct the group of followers in one or another direction depending on the order manner of the big player/investor, that is interested not only in that project but also in Bitcoin and Altcoin.

Well, it does not mean that the developers are guilty in the Scammed project, but they should prevent such actions, spreading the order and conditions of the project participation in any possible ways, performing new tools for that.
