Well the site itself works and looks great on my smartphone.
The idea i think is good, connecting companies and projects with developers.
Its actually a recruitment agency specialising in blockchain careers and talent.

I am impressed with your client list, Samsung, Mitsubishi, Uber, Ripple and Tinder.

The idea is good as I think there are growing demands about blockchain project and an efficient developer is surely not something easy to find.
How do you plan to market your website? If I have a suggestion it's about the website itself. You should finish the FAQ and Team page before starting to promote.

Some major mistakes of the website which may make potential lose their interest to you. More attractive information even if some sharing posts or blogs can be added to the website since people do not just want to see word description, everyone even a scammer and do such description. Personal, unique, professional sharing published may get more impression

1. I'd like to get some more information on how it works. What stands behind "We provide you with the best developers for your project"? What does the hiring process look like?
2. Will there be a public catalog of developers, like on upwork.com? Or does a team blindly sign up and rely on your choice of specialists?
3. A small video guide on the front page would be a plus.

As a first thing there, your site is not secure which is the notification I got for visiting the website. This alone would discourage people from paying a second visit to the site in other to know what is really going on. Another is the duration of time it uses to load which I think you need to do better with the same internet speed, the forum loads 5x faster than your platform.

You did quote some big names there as your clients such as Samsung, Uber, Tinder etc. but at the same time saying here that you have just launched your own startup. I think that is contradictory except there is more that I am not privy to from here. Also, there is no clear distinction about whether the site is a platform where people can collaborate or just a freelancing site that people come to hire developers for their projects. The objective needs to be fully clear.

Something extra to add is that the OP posted 3 topics with similar content and doesn't answer anywhere.
OP, if you are serious, you should keep only one topic and answer / fix the stated issues.

Site's working fine for me. Don't worry too much about the design elements, anyone serious enough to prospect for the idea can look past design and presentation - of course, this doesn't mean you shouldn't make it friendlier to navigate, faster to load.

Seems pretty clear to me what the site does. Plenty of threads on this forum for people looking for devs (and devs looking for work). So there's definitely demand.

Names like that work to pull in some attention, but be prepared to back it up with actual portfolio references. You'd be surprised just how many claims are made out there in this space, and how many don't actually bear any weight.

Just need to look back on some truly embarrassing retractions made even by multi-million dollar crypto startups, to see the repercussions of this.

Your work is your CV. You do need a track record, but you don't need to have done it with big names.

Thank you very much guys for the feedback, you gave me some very good insights on what needs to be fixed and improved.

Just to answer a few questions that I got in here: yes, there will definitely be a catalog or a list of the teams and developers we collaborate with, also for every job offer that we get I aim to providing at least a couple of proposals from several partners. Working on that.

Thanks for letting me know that the site is not secure, I will go ahead and add a SSL certificate to enhance security as a first step.  A video guide is a good idea, I will consider making one, thanks.

People will work for fiat and not tokens, even though I like the idea of issuing a dapptitude token in the future.

Don't. We have enough tokens as it is. Approaching 2k on CMC now. Keep payments in fiat-values perhaps, since people have to set industry rates that are anyway based on fiat values, but select an existing, established cryptocurrency as payment. Bitcoin's always a sure winner, but I'm sure most people/freelancers, including myself, always make allowances for alts that are these days almost as easy to exchange. Ether's pretty popular as alternative, I even accept Litecoin. Whatever it is, just make sure it's something with its own blockchain.

That also contributes to our beloved crypto economy, too, so win-win-win.

I also agree to this and would also add to the list, for considering, Monero, for being fungible and anonymous and some would prefer that and maybe surprisingly Ripple, since even my card provider already allows direct conversion from XRP to EUR. However, in my eyes too, Bitcoin is the first choice by far.

Well How about this make sure when people use your website it should not crush like I would say a few times it should not happen especially in a week why because it is really annoying. Plus When you make a bounty be sure that do no indication any amount because if your altcoun value crush goodluck you participants/investors would make a noise about it.

We are talking about developing projects based on blockchain "decentralized dream," and then your list is centralized?

As you choose this menu, we have to trust your choices, and then you will be responsible for renewing this list, making sure developers and other things.
Sorry, but since we're talking about trust, you have to show some information about you or hire a trusted member.

I suggest you create a decentralized system for developers, a system similar to bitrated[1]"member can make his profile and add some sites as trusted points + feedback points."

Thanks for the advise, I like the idea of assigning a score to each user (developer) based on certain criteria. I will definitely consider it.

I like the idea putting together to create the mentioned start up but I was thinking it will be better if you can make the start up a place where people can search for the kind of blockchain projects, developers or teams they are looking for instead of contacting you guys which could or may take a long processing.

The first thing that I've noticed is that your website is not secure.
Edit: Sorry it has been answered already.

So its looks like odesk or whatever its called today, but its more focus on blockchain technology developers so its unique. However, when I try to click "F.A.Q" and "about us", its not responding, it is still under construction? Or probably add like "T.O.S" as well so that potential clients will know everything beforehand.

That would be the main goal to achieve, however that takes a bit longer to implement so I decided to start as it is right now. I personally handle the requests and do the matching, which is not necessarily a bad and inefficient thing. But thank you very much for your feedback.

Liviu

Like template, nice and responsive design. You need to fix links on "about us. and F.A.Q
I like the idea of this project but it's another task how will you be able to perform your idea? For example Bitfury, which works on blockchain technologies massively, won't come and start filling of application. You have to somehow make them move on your platform, make it popular among blockchain enthusiast but that requires a lot of money.

Was supposed to say the same thing about their FAQ and About us links yet those things arent working which anytime i do search up a site or service i do always check out on these links so that i would able to know even on just basic informations which is important as a preference to potential users of the site.Dead links wont really be appealing or non functional and as shield132 said this would still need lots of marketing to succeed which will really require some money.

Any professional website should have descriptions written clearly and easy to read/understand. The site looks nice, but the information feels rushed and contains poorly worded sentences. I would be glad to assist, if you would like. I think this is a good idea, and has potential.

Yes that's true, I am still working on that, the F.A.Q, T.O.S and About us are under construction - I hope to get them all done by the end of next week. Thank you for your observation, I appreciate it.

I am very impressed by your website. I have never seen a good website for a long time. As I swiped down, I thought the page crashed because it was white, and then information popped up from nowhere. I see that you made a great effort making this website. I appreciate your efforts. In addition to that, I might as well seek some developers, so when I need some, I will come to your website. I hope you have a good professional team!

Also you should warn about the cookies you use even if its just the google analytics one.

Also you placed some raw metamask code on the html, do you plan on building your own dapp ?

Best of lucks !

Nice idea, but i think what attracts investors or service seekers to your services especially in blockchain, is the brains behind the project. an highlights of your teams and their past records or experience will be of great advantage to your project. thanks.

Great project and love the site design, clear rules and a great opportunity for developers to find a chance, and for big companies to find the right hands to land their big project. I will save the link, is a good job opportunity but i'm still newbie, i have already code some nice blockchain applications, but still lot to learn about it. With blockchain there is no limit, from coins to vote systems, from vote systems to nations. I will keep learning and getting better skills, then maybe i will give it a try to your site ;)

Hi,
I just see your website. at this point, I see that your project is a "bridge" between costumers and developer, am I right?

Just a little advice to your thread, It would be better if you describe more about your project, adding some image and your portfolio will be more interesting  ;)

Sorry for late reply, was away out of office for 10 days, thanks for the feedback, and looking forward to receiving your contact when you feel ready. Good luck to you too!

And generally to all the messages received so far, thanks again everyone, being a newbie on this forum it only lets me post one reply per day or so, so cannot reply to all of you but I definitely keep in mind all the feedback received.

Also, if anyone wants to partner with us, or wants to get involved in any way, since we are at the very start of our project, I am open to suggestions, don't hesitate to send me a message and say hello.
