hey everyone, new to the bitcoin forum here. I started purchasing these cards up about a month ago. these are essentially the first bitcoin Rookie cards that ever hit the market. wish I can show images of my collection but i guess I'm a newbie and need more activity on my account in order to post pictures. there is one card that Im truly happy I got.

Nope. From what I understand it’s just a typical Topps Crytpocurrency #83 card with a blank back and a hologram confirming it is indeed 1/1.
I have a feeling that this will sell for quite a lot more with the buyer not necessarily being a collector but someone who’s looking to make a profit on flipping it in the future given the hype this card is getting.

Trading card market is out of control right now.  Guess the big money players got tired of mutual funds and decided to have some fun with their investments.

Anything comparable in regular baseball cards you know of.  I have now reference point on what makes cards special.

I was thinking the same thing. We can't be sure that it was even a crypto collector. It could be any card collector or somebody completely uninterested in the card itself, but rather, interested in selling it on for a profit (to one of us crypto collectors) in the near future. I guess time will tell  :D

No, no.  Just heavily speculating. 

That said, I think we will see this card again soon.  Again, just a hunch. 

Since we are just speculating, I wouldn't be surprised if this card or any of the 1/1's or printing plates known as the holy grails don't get tucked away for a very long time.

It would not surprise me to learn greenplastic has an Ebay account.   :)
