Of course chargebacks are possible. There's no need that you sent the funds with charging a credit card / bank account.
You always can do a PP-chargeback with opening a complaint.

just suggest that paypal is high risk payment processor and many people will reject it. If you have others payment method, you can using it, because a lot payment method, many people will like it.
