I love insurance because it offers lots of benefits than investing your money to forex or stock exchange. If crypto insurance will only be offered to an unknown company or not that popular company that you can expect that it will end up as scam.

Insurance wise, you can have pretty much anything insured. JLO has her butt insured lol how do you measure that Not saying is easy, don't even know how they could actually measure the insurance policy / insured assets in cryptocurrencies but the fact that some companies are already thinking about it is quite groundbreaking. As for morals? Well, people scam insurances all the time, not everybody but there are certain peeps that actually live off of this.
