I have recently come across the ICOs like Ubex and Kakushin who have extended their main token sale. What could be the possible reason behind this? Please share your opinions.

They are just being greedy. Ubex and Kakushin have both reached their softcap.
I'm actually surprised by Ubex, a project so hyped is not keeping its words. It would surely hamper the early investors of the token making their hodling period longer and decreasing the overall profitability.

I think the reason for the extension of token sale maybe due to many reasons and I will suggest that you shouldn't conclude yet but you should rather take take to as the manager for the reason and if it is a good reason, then you can conclude on what to do.

It's better to think positively. For Ubex itself, there may still be many people who want to invest, therefore Ubex extends its Token Sale.

It's simple, because they have not reached their sale target yet. They want to gain more finance to serve their purposes. The deep of crypto market adversely affects the ICO market so it is hard to reach hard cap now.

Some reason's why a project extend their ICO is they still didnt hit their target amount of token's to be sold and the other is maybe some of the investors requested to extend their token sale because they want to invest more.

I think they are not, If you own a project or a business and you did not hit your target amount of sales you will also do what they did. Running a business like this is not easy as you think they also give capital and time to succeed on their projects.

They are just doing that because the price has not reached the softcap yet. The moment it hits the target, they will halt the sale.

It's such a greedy as fuck. They should not do that. just because the price was getting down and they can do whatever they want and this time even there was no someone interested to put their money on the extended crowdsale of ubex. They have been destroying the trust from the investors. they are joking.

No, as for the Ubex the softcap has been reached which is about 4000 Ethereums, most surprising all the coins have been sold just by in one day. Now their target is reaching the hardcap I think it's normal when they have to extend their ICO in order to make it success and that's not a big deal for me as long as the project can be successful. Every project have their own strategy some of them might end their sales after reaching the softcap, some might be waiting until they hit the hardcap target.

In my opinion, there are probably some reasons why they extend their main token sale. First is about extending to reach the softcap or hardcap. but in this case, I think that Ubex has reached the softcap and almost hardcap. Well, probably, they will continue for token sale until the market condition is much better. They may realize that the market today will not support their coins after end of the ICO. but, to know the exact reason, why you don't ask in their community channel?

The only reason that the timeline gets extended is because the softcap has not reached its target. But in this greedy process, the quality falls too sadly.
