Escrow is fine by me. Mailing the card would be possible, but you would have to cover the costs. I would normally just message you the code. These are for UK (note that is the United Kingdom - they WILL NOT work in other countries). Maybe now they aren't... Oh well, I'll leave this up. If I don't get any offers, I don't get any offers. (I also changed it to 15%).
