We are looking for a head of Marketing who will be responsible for coordinating all marketing activities.

We are looking for a marketing manager that will nurture a strong industry network, increase awareness and develop our web presence on all relevant media channels.

If you already did an ICO / built bounty and reward programs from scratch and throughout an ICO, you are the man! Experience with ICO / Bounty programs is mandatory for this role.

Specific Responsibilities

- Design the marketing strategy for the ICO
- Develop a social media strategy/ reward/bounty program for the ICO
- Build up a team of ICO ambassadors
- Develop our community base online
- Create content, actively manage our social accounts
- Raise awareness about the company and engage with our audience
- Build pitches, participation and organisation of events

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of social media strategies / growth hacking
- Blockchain experience or Previous ICO experience a huge plus
- Previous experience in Marketing / social media/community management
- Financial knowledge (payment systems, venture capital,
- Leadership skills, ability to work independently
- Exceptional writing, editing, oral and interpersonal communication skills coupled with strong organizational skills

Tell you what, all you recent poster/applicants. Marketing exec and head of marketing aren't quite the same things. Take a look at the skills required in OP, and realise that precious few people actually meet all those requirements - and fewer still would be trawling this forum section looking for a job. OP probably doesn't know what he's looking for either. No individual's able to do this for a project, not for the salary OP'd be able to offer, anyway. All those job descriptions actually sound like the work of an agency of multiple people rather than an individual.

But that's just me, I only really have about 8 hours a day to do anything remotely work-related.
