We are lock this account via link from bitcointalk warning email. Now we need recover access to account. Hacker has no acces to account, but Ranyar too.

The hacker did not get access to the account, because we immediately blocked it from the link from the letter, but Ranyar could not write anything since July 11, since the account is now blocked.

Please, before drawing conclusions, read the first post of the topic and the signed message on the ether network. In addition, Ranyar gave me some merits to help me reach the rank of a member because I'm his girlfriend. This can also be easily checked, isn't it?

Also in first email Ranyar have proof of PM-conversation with moderator xandry and other users until October 19, 2017.

You done a correct work to save your account mostly people missed it. Please keep on active on the email and track the email from bitcointalk forum to save it else hacker may steal your boyfriend's account lol  :P :P :P

If anyone hacked your account will be locked upon your report to the lock link given in the email chap.

You will recover the account eventually but there have been people waiting months. So best thing you can do is start a new account  in the meantime.

Sending merits between lovers is not allowed and may be considered against the forum rules. Merits are sendable as a reward for high quality posts and not to rank-up. Mods have to check your merit summury now, and your account may get in trouble because of this.

The power to recover a stolen /Hacked account is only in the hand of theymos or Cyrus. If you have PMed them the signed message than your job is done for now and the only thing you can do is wait until they start recovering accounts.

I'm guessing that got lost in translation. Xandry would have been refering to the Admins, as they are the only ones who can recover an account.

Global mods, which may be considered "super" in terms of having more abilities, do not have any power in this situation.

You've done all you can do for now. Just continue on until account recoveries begin again. Unfortunately some accounts have been waiting for about a year now.
