The community is an essential part of this project. The funds from that address will be used for such payments. That will include community prizes, competitions etc. The dev fund will always be available for new developers, work conducted by others, listing etc. The reason we always collect is because premines don't work. Most coins fail when their Pre-mine dev and community wallet empties. They cannot pay anyone. We don't want that to happen so have designed a system where it is not a problem. Blocks are moving and the blockchain is working perfectly. The issue is with pools which is currently being investigated. The pools were tested during testnet and worked fine for over a week. The issue is therefore something with mainnet and the pool. We do not own either of the pools so this is not deception. We are working to fix the issue. Please be patient. We are new and traditional pools do not work out of the box.
