Very simple, check reference on your trust page. According to reference you got red tag for below quote.

#Proof-of-authentication:
   •   Bitcointalk username: engineerjj2008
   •   Joined campaigns: Facebook/Twitter/Telegram

Although marlboroza given warning there you participate on bounty,
This ICO is scam.

More details can be found here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4855530.0

Member who continue to advertise this ICO after this post will be tagged with negative feedback.

Delete your all reply from REGIXIUM bounty thread and also delete all promotional post from social media than pm to marlboroza (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=787736), may be he will delete his feedback.
Or better follow  Negative trust removal guidelines for those advertising fake/scam ICO's (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4598987.0) posted by marlboroza.

If you don't know how to delete, check right corner of your post. There is delete option.

I bet if you had asked marlboroza directly after he warned you (Advertising scam ICO (Regixium) after warning.), this thread would be obsolete.
