Waves or Stratis which one is best for long-term hold? I want to hold for the minimum 1 year (end of 2019). What is your opinion about both of coin, which one you would buy and why?

Waves hands down.  Waves is extremely stable and has incredible technology.  They have a exchange as well as the ability to make your own tokens much like Ethereum.  I own several thousand waves and zero Stratis. 

Both are great projects with strong teams and I own both cryptocurrencies.  Both have a lot of developments being released this year and the prices are so undervalued.  People are just giving away their Stratis and Waves right now.   You can't go wrong with either one.  ;)

Why you choose WAVES and Stratis instead of ETH or EOS?. IMO, I don't like these coins and I'll not invest in these coins for both longterm or shortterm. I only believe in ETH and EOS at the moment and I they're the best altcoins for now :). I think you also should change your mind and should focus on investing in ETH or EOS :).

I am glad that there is finally a discussion thread for discussing ALTs with potential strong fundamentals and not just any other shit coin which threads we see like on a everyday basis.

Personally, I am holding both Waves and Stratis, out of which STRAT I am holding since the ICO.
Good thing about waves is there stable network and functional exchange along with smart contracts on the other hand Stratis Team is literally one of the most versatile and always developing. They do had some road blocks specially when they were not able to release there breeze wallet on time, but fundamentally they are one of the strongest projects.

Talking about an year long hold, I will suggest not to do that with any of the ALTs, you should keep a close eye on market and book profits time to time. Buy partially (with every dip), sell partially (with a profit booking) time to time, this makes sure you are not just a loose bag holder.

None of them. basically you must try to look at the daily trade volume from both of coins. This was actually true if stratis and waves have been loosing a lot of demand and you an see that how it goes to the bottom right now and they have been loosing a lot of marketcap. that gives a clue they are all loosing a lot of demand.

Many people did not know about waves, because they were not listed on the popular exchanges, but waves have been successful with several large ICOs being launched on the platform, but now users prefer ETH compared to waves or stratis, but maybe the waves will stabilize in 2019.

I would pretty much go for Stratis since, its a good coin for long-term holding because of its POS & masternode system. I think waves will lose its position if they take their time too much because there are better exchanges coming out soon and people will no longer get interested in the wavesdex.

Stratis is a potential coin that can find a place to join with the bull run when it take place.

So why I like to HOLD waves. Now I am the owner of Waves coin only.

Thank you for your kind advice. actually, I have now only Waves and trying to collect more waves. Beside Waves, I am trying to buy Stratis. I am confused so why made this thread, and I strongly believe by the help of this thread I can learn more about both coins.



highly agreed with you :) both coins team are very active. they are publishing regularly update for us. so why I have trusted both of project. its good time to buy both of coins at a cheap rate  ;D

Personally I own both waves and straits because of  I believe that both of them have a great potential in future. And also this is the best time to buy with cheap rates per coin.
