Title: [BOUNTY] SCAM BOUNTY CAMPAIGNS LIST !! WHICH ONE ARE THE FAKES ? $$$$$$
Post by: crypto_gab on August 20, 2018, 06:51:18 PM
Hello guys,

I think Bitcointalk is in trouble. More and more campaigns are fake and people who are trying to establish businesses with bounty campaigns should consider my post.
Here is my review of bounty campaigns. Not all of them, but only the dodgy ones.

This is just what I think about it. But the final decision is up to you.

Be careful, before you spend 6 months on a bounty campaign, and you find out at the end, it is fake.

Best Regards.

I really like the website, and what they are trying to achieve. Unfortunatly this not enough! They really need someone in charge of finance.

Their total bounty pool is worth $150. It's unacceptable.

Proof-of-Reward = Total bounty pool x Price of token [ The price of 1 VOLP is 0.0001 Ignis and 1 IGNIS is $0.05 ]
So we have       = 30.000.000 x 0.0001 x 0.05 = $150

I don't think they will reach soft cap. Participate at your own risk. :)

The bounty seems legit.
Just be careful with the translation campaign. The reward is tokens and not stakes. I guess they want to save on bounty funds. Using tricks like this is never a good sign.

I began to worry about my campaign, I had spent a long time working with bounties.
is this a sign that the bounty will disappear?
too many fraud bounties.

Hi mate, thank you for your comment.

Yes, I understand your worry & I know what it feels like to work for a campaign for couple of months and at the end, find out I have been lured. For example Bcharity.io (exit scam) or BelugaPay (The CEO is either a really bad con artist or has no idea how to run a business).

Bounties won't disappear, I hope they won't, but legit companies will use their own platform, in the future, instead of Bitcointalk. Because, nothing is done, by Team BitcoinTalk to warn users about fraudulent bounties : they think they are not responsible for the content on the site.

Regarding your actual campaign, you are good with AppoloX, I just signed up for the signature campaign, THANK YOU. The bounty allocation is fixed, which is a good thing. The numbers add up, their goal is not to deceive bounty hunters.

The team is experienced, the CEO had successful startups exits (I haven't checked deeper, WP info); Claire the CFO also has a very good background; most of the team are alumnis from very-well reputed universities in the States. The company is transparent, that's a green flag.

They already have 1 million users and 12 millions in annual revenues, the vision is to make their business stronger within the blockchain ecosystem, it is not a get rich-quick scheme.

Sorry, it took a bit long, but yes, I confirm we are in good hands with Apollox.

Now, if you find out that the CEO Will, he's a chinese, living in the States, speaks French, has a German Dog, an italian wife and so on... Don't HODL.

This is just my opinion, the final decision belongs to you. If you need an opinion about your next bounty, don't hesitate to ask here.  ;)

So hard to find which bounty project can make it till the end of bounty campaign, its all depend on luck these days.  Just be careful in joining bounties if you smell something wrong going on that project better to exit immediately.

I do not think a scam project will last for up to 6 months, since a scam project will have some shortcomings in its records and the ICO reviewers can detect it.

I can confirm that not every bounty campaign will pay you a token, and sometimes the token number is not valid. So you should carefully consider a project before deciding to participate.
P / s: I never decided to join a six month project. That is too long.

This is probably a big problem for most people who are new to the bonus campaign. Me too, I participated in several projects but by the end they did not pay the token, they even announced to cancel the project.

This can be very useful for the bounty hunters but I think you have to channge the tittle of this topic as "scam bounty campaigns list" or something like that because the current title looks like what are the way to find the scam ICOs in my opinion.

Scammers spend the bounty in the accelerated mode do not linger here to be afraid that they will be calculated so the participants need to learn all the information on the project in which they will be trained.

Thank you for this information and the time taken for you to compile this list. I believe it will be very useful to bounty hunters because the rate of scam in bounties is too much but if care is taken to do a research and be sure it is a good one, it will be better.

For Blinked, project sound good (and BM bubbalex has good reputation) but I’m ok with you concerning the 4 millions USD reward... 8)

Thanks for providing a list of scam bounties, I advise we better to join bounties who managed by trusted Bounty Manager (ex:yahoo62278 and Wapinter) to reduce the risk of joining the scam bounties. Most of trusted Bounty Manager only handle a good and legit bounty, I'm sure before they accept to managing this bounty they will research and meet the team first...

Yes, bro, I prefer campaigns with highly trusted and transparent managers, because now there are many bounty programs that are fraudulent. It depends on ourselves who can read the concept and the team is active in handling every problem in the ico program.
