Frankly speaking, there are several reasons why i must continue to invest in the wold of Altcoin: haven the mindset that i will make a good earnings form investing with any possible altcoin that will shoot to the moon in the nearest future. Also, that continuing doing more research on some promising project before investing will yield more huge profit as never before when invested in.

I could imagine what your reasons are; kindly share it might help someone to continue investing.

I would personally invest on altcoins but only as a way of daily trading, the drop didn't change their volatility as they keep rising in price every now and then, although there are mostly drops.

In the near future, a new altcoin will replace bitcoin as the dominant cryptocurrency, leaving BTC as a investment only (like gold, for example).
A new tech coin with new technology will even change the way how we all pay and earn money. If you catch it from its begining, you will become billonaire.

Yes, I have the same think as you. Bitcoin will be a standard like gold, maybe we will call it as 'bitcoin standard' in crypto world for future. Many altcoins have developed with new innovative technology and it's utility. But not every altcoins will have value, as many of them have the same concept, and among thousands of altcoins only few of them will survive. So if we want to get something valued for future, this time is the right time! But what really needs to be considered is that we don't make the wrong choice.

Same here, I invest in altcoins due to its huge profit gain. If you will work and research well about that cryptocurrency then it will surely be helpful for your investments succes. Although the market down but you could always find a good coin you could invest in.

but for me i must prefer investing in altcoins for long term because investing in short term is too risky because most altcoins are dropping too high even those we think strong and profitable are also affected.

I analyze and observe several altcoins, I keep monitoring the development of this altcoin, because I am sure that some altcoins will have potential in the future, I also continue to look for other information for long-term investment plans, I am open with suggestions and I will receive advice from friends friends in this forum, because the target of me and other friends in this forum is to make money and get rich with altcoins.

It is far more rational, that now actually Bitcoin has been used more as a valuable asset and is said to be a digital gold.

Altcoin and various projects do provide a variety of unique and interesting systems. Altcoin can continue to be developed and each sector has its own Altcoin. If this can be implemented, it is probable that crypto's market share will greatly increase.

The question should be Why I mustn't invest in altcoins, because they drop by 95% of their value within months. Why would someone invest in assets like these?

my reason for investing in altcoin is, because at the moment the price is very cheap, so I can get multiple assets if I buy it at this time.
but remember, not all alts have a good or promising future, so take your time to research it.

for me , reason behind it just because we on technological developments in finance
we know , sooner or later raw money will be lost.

I also try to keep investing in Crypto currency, altcoins rather than in other investment. The reason is Crypto gives huge potential advantages whereas we will get much return of our investment. In addition, it is more flexible and transparent. Through these reason many people are interested in investing in crypto. 

One great reason is that, digital money is starting to penetrate the countries so might as well invest in different coins for future savings. Invest more instead while they are still affordable.

I am continuing to invest in altcoin because i believe that this could give fortune some day that others have already got. Just one good project that could give me 100X in return is good enough to offset the scam ICOs that spawning around.

Because this time is the very beginning of the crypto journey. Current prices do not reflect their real value, which is currently formed based on selling offers, especially from bounty hunters and their early investors in ICO, who really care about the profits from buying discounts and rewards they receive, as soon as possible when it entering the market. Only a few of them care about the real use case like technology and innovations offered.
However, this is a normal condition and no need to be feared, as iqlimasyadiqa said above: "If this can be implemented, it is probable that crypto's market share will greatly increase." And when that happens, I'm sure someday one of them will replace Amazon, Paypal, etc.

this is a good idea. alcoin continuous current prices fell sharply, may be this is the price dip of the shark. Please purchase them and waiting for an opportunity

I still have four good altcoins in my folio that i keep on holding for atleast year now,that even they are gaining value this past season selling don't come as my option for them,this is the attitude i want you all to have,the respect and trust on your coin in future and not just to gain daily.because no one know what will this altcoins can give us for tomorrow always remember that the cryptoworld is volatile ,so we must expect the growth and drops but at the end of the day,it is relieving when you see those coins gaining value even a little each time

If you want to earn a big amount of profit you need to invest in altcoins more because of the decreasing market price in all coins, the more you invest the more you earn in the future

For me investing in alt coins is the easiest way for me to gain my Bitcoin holdings.  If I hold only Bitcoin I have to add fiat to obtain more.  If I'm in alts I can gain Bitcoin with no further need for fiat. 

There are a lot of reason why I still invest in altcoins the main reason is altcoin have  a bright future because of its strong goals and its  powerful mission.

I suggest trading rather than investing in the current situation. The influence of various types of coins that continue to grow rapidly in the market allows prices to continue to spread. So if investing, it's really smart to choose a coin to invest, see the coin's future trip.

In my views, there are lots of ways why should anyone continue to invest in altcoins since there is still a very bright future ahead in the coming months to come. Though crypto market had suffered longer dips but it still has manage to be back on it's track and somehow it's not what we expected to fully recover within a very short period of time. The most common reason is the Altcoins is much cheaper to purchase than Bitcoin for an investments therefore if Bitcoin will become more expensive and you can't afford to invest in this currency then choose Altcoin as it has commodity to support the project in which you will be able to see your investments in actual even in long term so for me altcoins is good choice too.

yes this is true, but not all altcoins can generate a good profits, like what we can see now, all of them are in the dip, 85% of my assets are lost in these bear season, but the same amount when the moment I bought before, the different is the seasons, because seasons change the value of all coins in the market mostly the bear season that you can see right now.

I also keep defending myself to invest in altcoins because altcoins are alternative coins of bitcoin when the bitcoin trend is bad, we can still invest in some altcoins that have good trends, and also the altcoin is cheap and has the potential to rise in the next few years

My reason is also that I hope one of them will shoot and make me richer, it is very hard time for crypto world as I joined since the bear market had started (New Year) and had invested and waiting looks like for ages, for my coin to fight back even to get ICO price! I am not disappointed though as I really believe crypto is our future and will make life easier for every single one of us

this is a perfect time to know what will happen in this industry. we know that in the beginning of the ber months the cryptocurrency will starting to rise up. of it happens i am sure that you're holding for long time would be worth it. but if its not happen it is up to you to quit. but i have a reason that i have to continue investing because i believe in cryptos

Agree with your opinions, the other reason why we must continue investing in alternatives coins is it is part of addoption mass in cryptocurrencies, for example today many ICOs projects in cryptocurrencies it is new model of investment related with cryptocurrencies the old model of investment is IPO on stocks markets, and many other businesses will addopt cryptocurrencies including alternatives coins.

most people prefer to invest in altcoins because the price is still affordable and can generate more returns from their initial capital. investing in bitcoin allows you to make lots of profits but it depends on the capital we have as well. because not everyone can buy bitcoin, therefore the best investment now is to buy an altcoin that you have learned yourself and invest with bitcoin (if there is capital) while the price is still affordable.

well my main reason is to earn profit, there are several kinds of altcoins which is really good to invest and to hold, you might be able to earn various amount of profit just by choosing a great altcoin.

As for me I am investing in altcoins having long term in mind, I am looking at crypto currency in the coming 5 - 10 year time, most of the altcoins we invested in might not live up to length but the ones that will stay that long will definitely make us rich, that's why i am investing in altcoins

Definitely I agree with what you have said. There still a good altcoins in the crypto market to invest if you do thorough research and analysis. What i see in altcoins now is the value on the market are very bad. While bitcoin price stable above $6k, altcoins price dropped more.
I think the reason for keep investing in altcoin is the low market now. Many peoples may have sold their altcoins, but i believe they will come back.

I don't understand how some coins can fly to the moon, if everybody is waiting for this? A lot of people will fix profit and there won't be any moon. You must support projects and new technologies...

There are a lot of reasons to invest in altcoins this year. Firstly, they shall rise very soon, secondly, they have good projects. I am telling you about the ones I am using right now. These are PRG, NEO and ADA.

For sure anyone investing into crypto currency is doing so hoping the price will increase in the future for maximum profit, crypto market been so volatile the price go up and down, so when we invest when the price went down, we will hope it will go up again for us to make profit, it's kinda risky though that's why we should always invest what we can afford.

Investing in altcoin will make you a lot of money, but it's a risky investment and it will not be as secure as investing in Bitcoin or ETH. And evidence has shown that in 2018 all people Altcoin investment has become a long-term holder

My reasons why I keep on investing with altcoins and ico is because first and foremost I believe in cryptocurrency from the moment I have known about it. I do hold quite number of different tokens but mostly I got them from doing bounty campaign as a reward but I still invest with ico and I trade altcoins as it helps me with my financial needs.

Well, to be very honest, the coins I have in my wallet right now are worth investing in. these coins are Lamden, Paragon and Cardano. They are very good in terms if earnings and profitability.

I would wait until the new bullrun will occur and then at the beginning of the bullrun I would invest in the best altcoins. Now the situation is still unclear - China ban, ETF 30 Sep, I think there will be not much movement since September 30th, then ETF will be probably delayed again until February 2019 and we will have the continue of bear market until then.

I think that the reason why you should continue investing in altcoins is quite simple. So you can continue earning some more funds.
