Title: Which major banks / investment firms accept accounts from Crypto companies? We are interested in those entities that have access to investment vehicles such as bonds, stocks, PMs, Govt. securities, etc.

Doing it could help a citizen to tell you since he could now better than someone who doesn't reside in the country.
