Title: Day job vs bounty hunting
Post by: sajjad.torch on August 21, 2018, 09:02:50 PM
Do you prefer to work in an office? Or you are happy as a bounty hunter?
Many people will choose the office to work on. Because they seem it looks cool. People will give them respect. On the other hand, many people will choose their freedom to work as bounty hunters.
What will you do?

Choosing between office job and bounty hunting will be determined by the income I get from both,  if the salary I'm offered from office job is what I've been dreaming I'll take office job over bounty hunting because income from bounty is not stable and can never predicted, secondly bounty doesn't offer immediate income so I'll choose office job

You have to ask your self questions first what if the bounties don't pay as much. Something happened to me recently I participated in a bounty and was hoping to get approximately 250$ for write an article. I ended up getting 8$, I was disappointed. So be sure about your day job first, then you can run bounty part time.

It depends on the kind of office work and pay. Office work is still reliable most times because bounty takes time, you can be defrauded after wasting your time and it doesn't come all the time especially the nice once like btc.

Not too many people here consider bounty hunting as their day job, and those that do are likely the higher profile users that are able to generate a more respectable income from bounties or the diligent bounty hunters that actually do extensive research into projects before wasting their time working for them, only to be failed at the end when they fail to reach their soft cap or scam. I think that if you're from a low income country, then bounty hunting might be able to generate a reasonable wage for you, but certainly don't expect to earn the big bucks unless you really step up your game.

Sid you really earn so much on bounties, to have the choice to quit your job for bounty hunting? I doubt, that there is only one bounty, that pays as much as you can quit your job.

Why will I choose bounty that's not reliable and most times you get disappointed at the end because of how little the pay will be for about two to three months work. Get yourself office work and invest part of your salary into crypto
