looking at the unstable market, I hesitate to buy altcoins, which I am afraid of, if I buy now, I can lose, in the opinion of all friends, is it now worth buying altcoins?

most probably yes, because you cannot generate good profits in bull run, the very best time to buy altcoins is in bear season, and this bear season happened now is the most dip ever, most of the coins are falling into the very dip. it is up to you if you want to risk your assets now. but for me, you cannot gain/get any success without this work "risk".

 If you chose carefully, then yes. The risk is that some projects could lose a lot in the short term, and to go back is really hard. ZIL is a great project, but have lost a lot since they change their roadmap. Kyber is a great project too, But have lost more them 60% in the last month.

If faced with two choices between btc and altcoins,I tend to take btc..  but there are still many who think that this is the right time to fill an empty bag.

It's not and i will try to suggest you waiting for the dip and then it will be a very good time for you to buy altcoin. We are still in the green zone and always try to consider the green zone as the best time to sell rather than buy.

First of all if you put an investment in crypto you need to avoid your fear, control your emotion, invest on what can you afford to lose. I will say YES!! you're right, this is a good time to buy altcoins from the deep, Because I feel altcoin will go up within the next few months.
I also hodl some altcoins that I have bought a few days ago like Helbiz (HBZ), Nano, and XRP.

When altcoins are in Dips are worth to buy, because you can buy as much as you can i cheap price and the loses is not too much hurt when it dig more deeper, but remeber after a dip theres a pump, and this cycle is endless in crypto.

I think  now it  is a good time to buy  especially alt coins  from top  list,  like  TRX, ETH,  now  price like  Christmas  eve  discaunts)))  also nobody canceled the purchase  new altcoins  from promising projects which appeared recently, like XYO,  HBZ, ABYSS,  price is cheaper than ICO price and  more than possible that these coins will make several Xs
