though is the owning of it, but how would anyone know you own it other than tracking how you get it other than cash. People will find a way to own bitcoin and if you have an internet connection you can get it. There are countries that ban ICOs and cryptocurrency transactions but people that are determined are wise. They go out of their country and in other country they buy bitcoins there.
