Contact Blockchain and see if they will help you retrieve it.

If Blockchain controls the private key, which they should, all they have to do it import the private key into a bitcoin cash client to access it.
Then they can give you access to the funds.

Whether they will do it or not, I don't know, but it could be done and it would work.

Good Luck.

if by "to blockchain" you mean to "blockchain.info web wallet" then you need to do the following:
1- retrieve the corresponding private key of the address that you send BCH to, from your bitcoin wallet on blockchain.info.
1.1. unfortunately blockchain.info removed export private keys a while ago so you can't do it easily. what you need to do is to retrieve your seed (it is called recovery phrase) which is a set of words and then use a tool like https://iancoleman.io/bip39/ (download the source code and use it offline). enter the seeds in first box then from derivation path choose BIP32 and set the client to blockchain.info

1.2. now look for your address in the list that was generated at the bottom. and copy the private key.

2. go to a BCH wallet that supports importing (like Electron cash) and import the key there and now you have access to your funds.
