I was really interested in this until you mentioned that it wont be unbiased betting.
I was totally fine with a winners takes all, losers lose everything and house gets a cut.
Gambling laws are different depending of where you are, you should start with that I think. (I'm no legal adviser though)

If you were going to make a game that you could make bitcoin in, I'd make something like SecondLife. People could invest btc in virtual property and withdrawal profits. Bitcoin is plagued with too many casinos as it is, make something unique and fun.

It's not a game. It's betting on eSports.

This is what needs to happen to see that awesome spike back up to $1000!

Seeing a new game like for instance if the diablo 3 online market was based on bitcoin (and the game didnt suck ass) would of been epic for BTC.

Seeing a MMORPG or a decent online multiplayer game that was well built with a good team that implemented bitcoins to be traded for the online equipment or bonuses etc is a million dollar idea. Monthly subscriptions in bitcoins or USD a fee based on trading this would generate a massive income if it was popular addicting and enjoyable to play.

I use to play MMOs in a profit perspective farm the rare item that people want and these guys would pay $1000's of dollars just to get this one peice of equipment that would take a group of 8+ people to acquire. It was turned into a business after it started generating 100-300k a year sitting at home playing online games.

Bring something like that to the market and you'll attract alot of people and alot of new bitcoin adoption/users.
