According to a news release, the organization said the blockchain explorer application, dubbed Catena, was developed by Bitaccess and will be hosted by its Industrial Research Assistance Program on the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS).

That's a huge news about ethereum. That means ethereum has so many advantages and it can be used by the government to create such a system that fully transparency and i guess that was awesome news in this day while at the same time there was a bad news about bitcoin ETF.
