Most of the airdrop is a scam and does not have such a better future in the project or do the company. Just make sure that the airdrop you have published in your channel is a legit one.

I have tokens of several airdrops and it's completely useless.

The truth is, it is very difficult to detect coins that/tokens that are scam. Though measures are being put in place to solve this scam issue, much has not been achieved yet. In time to come, I believe a means will be deviced to sort out scam tokens from real ones.

It seems look like the form of introduction a group which sharing Airdrop and Bounty of someone to seek for referrals. Groups like this are having so much. Anyway, I also thanks for your sharing

It still seems to me that today, as before, there are no documents that could help us really understand what is now generally possible to choose and to avoid the scam of projects, everyone understands that this is the problem of this year, because this year all this more.

it depends on token. there are many ways when the token is not in CMC or no exchange is enabled, the token is in no way beneficial, and it is said that even the token's source is good is the benefit of the token. there is a shitcoin saying that the token is good but it's worthless token means it is not profitable, inexpensive or in exchange but there is no volume so worthless.

Yes, we have the same thoughts, most airdrops is scam nowadays, they make fake token to deceive many people and sometimes the token has no value and exchanger so its useless.

In reality it is really hard to notice scam tokens. There are some tokens that are easy to spot if it is a scam but there are other tokens that are very hard to know if it is a scam or not and the only way to know it is if you already have the coin and it has no real value. We can only evaluate the ICOs, bounties and airdrops to a certain extent and lessen the risks but only to a certain extent.

Its really hard to Identify if which tokens are scam or legit but we can prevent those tokens just always have research on it and having experienced on crypto could help to identify those fraud tokens just always be aware and smart.

Here are some factors that need to be identified to avoid tokens,
- Know well the team / management behind it
One successful factor for ICO or cryptocurrency is the developer and the task behind the project. The cryptocurrency space is programmed by big names, with superstar developers like the founder of Ethereum, Vitalik Buterin, who are able to create new projects just by listing their names on the development team.
- Check the document (whitepaper)
A cryptocurrency whitepaper or ICO is the basic document for the project. Whitepaper must contain the background, purpose, strategy, focus, and time for implementation for each project related to blockchain.

It is extremely hard to find good tokens now. Most are scams or just dont get enough funding, even if they are good. It is tough time for crypto space. Look at the roadmap, and team and check if their idea is viable.

A lot of airdrop now are fake or should I say a scam, honestly speaking its hard to identify which is legit so the best thing to do is research about the token and ask the reliable or member that can tell you which is legit.

Good question. I always pay attention to the development team - the most important thing that can be in the blockchain startups. If these people have already been engaged in any project before, and for example deceived bounty hunters, or did not correspond to their white paper - this is a reason for doubt. Lie once and they won't even believe you in the grave.

most of the airdrop is scammers, so people do not really believe in it, the idea of course you have a good, but will go cautiously, it hurts now deception.

Currently not learned to identify a good coin or not with a 100% guarantee. I am very skeptical about Airdrop, I believe that there is just a huge percentage of fraud. Maybe I just wasn't very lucky with them.

Many scams of airdrops do not have any signs of fraud until they disappear with money, and with the help of airdrops you can steal ethereum wallets and virtually impossible to identify such projects.

Everyone can identify if the tokens are scam or not. How? You can explore on your own by doing your own research. You need to have a lot of knowledge of the tokens team, their project, their whitepaper, their roadmap, their community and also their potential. You can determine it on your own because we people have our own perspective in picking a token. For me, you need to determine all of the following.

We could only speculate and believe that project whic we want to follow and its tokens are real, we nead to collect knowledge as much as it is possible and get to know the team who is looking after this tokens.

I am very impressed with the airdrop i saw in your TG group.  It was exactly like the ones I scrutinized before sharing out to friends but not even at that the price no longer worth $10 after listing

indeed it is very difficult to identify it, but the easiest thing is if all their social media accounts are not active or their site cannot be accessed, then we need to be careful.

It's actually not easy to identify scams, but going through your TG group I discovered that you are actually trying. My major challenge is the value of the coin when listed,  it I no longer worth $10.

I think for tokens as a result of the airdrop campaign, most of them do not have an exchange or scam, even though there are exchanges, the token price is very cheap, so it's useless to sell coins, we can see the token is a scam or not, can be seen from the telegram group

Though the rate of scam is very high in airdrops and if you are not careful enough to do a very good research of the project, you might be a victim of scam but if you take your time to research, you will find this good and potential projects and get reward at the end of it.

There is no effective way to identify a fraud project, it can only do a thorough inspection before participating in the project that you are interested in. In addition, I am not interested in airdrop programs, because many of them become useless.

It's very hard to understand if token is good or not. I remember nice aidrop - Elixir token, it's worth a lot right now. Only time can determine if project is good or not IMO...

I do not think there is any known way of identifying scam projects because they all come with beautiful and amazing concepts and white paper but at the end of the ICO you start hearing stories but for me I have decided not to be distracted by scam projects, I will keep at my business Scam projects or not

First you can do some research about coins that you want to invest.
You can check their website, their team, and their project.
Is it reach the goal or not? Or if they are the real ICO, they show their real team.

You should note that not all free distributed token are scam, I could remember that I received some free distributed tokens which as at the time they get listed in an exchange, it favour a lot. I should have mention few of this token but I won't for security purpose

Even some airdrop can worth more than $10 if you manage to find it. But it is not the real price, it is only ICO price.
Usually when the token hit exchanges, the price will go below ICO price. So, your airdrop maybe worth about half only.
To know the coin scam or not, you must conduct an intense research about the ICO.

It's really hard to identify which projects are scam and not without doing your own research though some projects really have potential and a great concept there are still a possibility that it may not reach its required money to continue the development of the project, especially in this bearish market.

Yes,there are so many scams these days faced by various projects.But the hopes are still alive.Nowadays,this new gaming platform called Hostgames has been a buzz all around.It's been very promising especially after the International Blockchain Congress which was held in Hyderabad,India very recently. Hostgames was one of the sponsors there.

There are ways that I use to try to identify them.  Although it is not fool proof but it does give me an idea of the kind of things that I could be dealing with when it comes to new tokens. I always look for the faces behind the project, it is less likely to be a scam if there is a face to follow and someone to look out for when it fails.

I do not think there is an actual way we can detect whether a token or project is scam or not. The best thing we can do is to be careful enough to not fall for them. A lot of persons are of the idea that by reading the whitepaper, and doing analysis on the project, there's a great chance that you would be able to tell if it is worth investing in or not.

There is actually no way that a project can be easily detected as scam. You can't just pick a project and pin the scam tag on it. The most efficient thing that people has resorted to is thoroughly reading their whitepaper, technically analysing it and following your intuitions. This might still be misleading sometimes though, but it is the best that anyone can do.

Do own research is the best way to analize the project.

Airdrop is one of the most popular and easy types of fraud. In most cases, their tokens are either not paid or have no value. Although at the same time you do not lose much, but the personal time spent on airdrop also has value. And people do not care whether they are scammers or not; they are still involved in aidrops, since this is a free way to get the project tokens.

That doesn't sound right. Trash token from airdrop, yes but not like the dev of those coins want to scam people.

There isn't exactly some specific ways that you could detect or predict which token is scam or not. We can only be careful and make some technical analysis and predictions. Mostly, you are advise to be really careful if your intuitions are not exactly in support of it, but there really is no way to know if the token is scam or not.

Most of them are fake and scams,They mainly targeting  for marketing purposes.If it's genuine ,they give a low amount of tokens.

you can look at the team first. then you search for company, where is it, how many people work in it, look the linkedin pages etc etc

if you to hasty to earn lot's of money easily you can scammed easily.

I really do not think that there is an actual way of us knowing for sure whether a project or its tokens are scam. If there was, I;m sure by now, we wouldn't have been hearing any of the scam stories anymore, but there isn't. The only thing there is, is to play safe, by making sure on your own part you have done enough to convince yourself that the project is genuine.

The only way is before investing in any token there should be due deligence that is first analysing crytically the white paper of that particlar project or token. The white paper entails the the team behind that project this is the most important aspect to consider for any legitimate and successful it must be led by a great team.
The roadmap and future partnerships or exchangers that project is likely to engage and many more.

If I was joining airdrops or even in bounty I used to read and check their whitepaper or any article about them. Idea is the best thing in a token so if the idea is not that good it is failed for me. Also, one of my criteria in choosing Tokens is their outer design and aesthetics in whitepaper presentations. If they work hard in the outside probably they work great also good in the inside for me.

Of course, all decisions must be taken wisely and full of research. but it doesn't need a scam project, now there are many real projects but also can't get funds to develop their projects. Isn't this very tragic, where you see a real project but don't get funds but there are some scam projects that succeed in taking investors' money away.

Yes now a days many people is scamming they are just stealing the money of the investors especially in cyrpto because its fully anonymous, findng the good token now a days is so hard because even there project are good and there whitepaper is fully detailed, within a month, they are just running away, thats why guys better to gain some knowledge about there, and If it looks suspicious, better to warned other so they will be alarmed

It is possible to define the team of developers or not rather prostno swindles, it is necessary to have patience and a nabladatelnost. Look at its activity in social networks, read their documents. Check the contract address, it is important too.

It's difficult to determine a fake project in the first try as you need to check them regularly if they are consistent in there promises. Better not to invest  if you find it doubtful. you need to research the team behind and there connections with the team as those fake projects are just using fake team members just to impress the team composition. read some project reviews from those reputable ICO review sites.

There may be some airdrop that works but the rest is a lot of SCAM airdrop.
I'm not suggesting airdrop to do because it's just wasting your time with useless things.

We still need the knowledge to be able to identify tokens, besides that we can only analyze tokens with our abilities and see analysis by experts as an illustration.  so that we can input to know more about tokens.

To avoid getting scammed, i usually looking for any project that has a good concept and supported with competent team.
Then i check the project thoroughly, trying to find any valid information that the project provide.

for airdrop should be careful and should be a voter and a good analysis. When only the insistence on high value alone is not a guarantee it will be able to produce in accordance with expectations. reasonable just because many consider airdrop many sided scam and that is certainly true. even when the distribution of the coins from the airdrop is not so had good grades and only settles in the basic course.

As time has shown almost nothing, scammers are now developing no less than normal projects. I basically if I do not see a real product, I don’t even consider further. A white paper, ideas can all come up with, as in principle, and low hard cover. Although this is the next factor to analyze.

There is no easy way to check on the project and understand that the project is a scam or not. We have to check on many kind of prove or data about the project.

You can just look out for the important things in the project, things like the whitepaper and the roadmap are very important when it comes to the coin as that shows you what is going to happen with the coin. Then again you have to make sure that the team and creators are really the faces that they have been putting in front of the proeject.

Airdrop can review by visiting to their project and if you see the project are good the airdrop are good. But mostly the like bounty airdro is also have more scam and not worth it to join because they are not paying participants. Check every information to know the token if it's scam or not that reward to you.

I do not believe in the existence of airdrops, many airdrops that only have little value or even they just become shitcoin.
Don't waste your time just for airdrop, if you want to find quality coins do research on them before you choose.

There are really no exact way to identify whether or not tokens are scams.. Most times, most of the people that have been scammed only got to know that they have been invested in a scam project way after they have actually lost their funds. The only thing that we can do on our part is to stay careful, and make sure that we have total conviction that a project is worth it, before investing in it.

research like this is indeed crucial and indispensable. see the team became one of the powerful ways because many are using the fake team and when this notice is extremely thorough, the scam may be clearly visible. but not all might do this and even many that are ignored.

If you want to participate in airdrop companies, I think that it makes no sense to determine whether the project is fraudulent or not, just register wherever possible. Just please do not pass the KYC, as it is fraught with consequences.

I watch team of the project and the manager who operates advertizing campaign. This information is enough for me for understanding of the project

If you mean a bounty manager, then in most cases they cannot know about the fraud of a project. But nevertheless, they have more chances to analyze all the information than a simple user, in order to identify an unfair developer.

very difficult I think, I have some airdrop coins and it's hardly worth it at all.
but that doesn't mean all airdrop coins have no value at all, short stories.
some of my lucky friends get profit from airdrop coins, and what they get is quite large.

You have done a good job to have created the group to give greenlight on good airdrop, a lot of people will find it helpful not register for fake airdrop.

I think, just investigating a token from the side of the team is no longer a benchmark to guarantee that the token will be a scam. many real factors, and this includes market conditions that are always bearish. make the plan not suitable as a roadmap

There are many signs to recognize an ICO / Token scam. The way I usually do that is to look up information on the ICO project and see which ICO was created in which country, who is the ICO project owner, and then look up the profile on Linkedin to confirm. Or you can also find out about ICO / Token on Reddit or social media of experts in that field to verify the credibility of the ICO project.
