They told will be delisting SBTC, and I want all my coin go out of there. But i can withdrawal, it always saying confirming. I have contact the support and they dont focus about my problem. And when i feedback they ingore me. What should i do :(((

yeah, the system is under repair, please wait, it may take 3-7 days to recover, if you still can't send your assets, this might be a big problem, and if not after 3-7 days still can't deliver, then in making sure your assets will be lost, but hopefully it won't happen

@op, usually exchanges give their users nth number of days to withdraw their soon-to-be-delisted coin so ask them for how many days and if by any chance the maintenance would affect it. I'm pretty sure it would not but if it is, it's not your fault and you have the right to object. I am seeing a telegram on their site, i would reccommend that for faster response.

Im try to contact but notthing of them have a reply. And alwways the feedback told me talk too much

Nothing else you can do but wait for their reply and assistance.

I don't know anything about the exchange of the coolcoin. It is a new exchange again so I won't recommend it to use because it is still being tested by only few people. I would recommend you to try binance exchange next time. It is the best exchange for me because if its platform. Because of its security, low transaction fee and also their low withdrawal fee. I recommend this because it shouldered a lot of cryptocurrencies.

I will like to ask when was the time you received the notice for the delisting and now that you are trying to make the withdrawal? Just like @potato chips has rightly stated, the moment the days they give has elapsed, withdrawal is deactivated and when you try reaching them, they are at liberty to either answer or ignore since you have been notified. But if you are still within the grace period, I will suggest you don't back down on getting your coins out there by exploring every means possible to reach them because that same coin might worth more tomorrow. I have been there so I know the feeling.

No one here is able to gain access to their internal system, their wallets, etc. Hence, the only way that you're able to get your money is going to be hoping that support actually helps you with your issue when you contact them.

Keep opening new tickets until you actually get a valid response. Because right now, the main issue is that your withdrawal is stuck in pending mode, and if they operate like any other major exchange, this can be easily fixed by support and their technical staff. If they're not concentrating on the issue at hand, keep bringing them back to the point that you're making.

It is a sticky situation since the wallet is about to get delisted. Hopefully you'll be able to withdraw before that happens, because it may become a lot more complicated once it does get delisted. You do deserve to get it back - it's your money. It's just that CoolCoin doesn't seem to be a well known exchange at all. It doesn't seem to be very transparent or even licensed for that matter. Use a more well known and trusted exchange next time.
