You can also go to a pawn shop. Get the money that they will offer you, buy BTC and do whatever you want to do. Repay as you say that you will and get back your car. I don't know what condition your card is in but let's assume you somehow get around $20k for the car that is about 3BTC? Is that amount enough to fund your project?
