My new complaint is
I have seen that no one has been made a moderator of the Bengalis.Because of which the most is spamming in Bengali thread. So please make the Bengali someone moderator.So think it would be better.Make the trusted Bengali your moderator, as you wish.Please accept my complaint. However, he will be able to ban all the Bengali spammers. As the user is growing, the amount of spamming is increasing.And the amount of spamming is more in the Bengali thread. So if you accept my response now, So all user can stay here peacefully everywhere.

How about you approach this from a different angle. Mostly because putting Theymos's name in every title isn't enough.

Gather up some evidence of the spammers in the Bengali thread, show as much of the problem as you can so that it can be reviewed objectively.

Then nominate some members in the board that you think would do a good job. They may pick one of them, they may not. Unless you present your argument with some facts it will go nowhere. I suggest updating the OP, so that if it gets read the evidence is easy to find and review.

Actually you don't need to post your problem one by one here in Meta, it looks like spam now. You should have compiled all of those complaints of yours then post it in a single thread or why don't you just add this up to your recent topic. I'm wondering what kind of complain you are going to make with a new thread again.

I understand the lack of moderator in your local board but this should have been done by what @Steamtyme said.

I'm also wondering if OP really is a Newbie or just somebody pretending to be a Newbie and will recommend his/her main account to be a Moderator of Bengali. It's vague but not impossible. Just my thoughts anyway.

There are only three bangali topics...

The last one (BANGLA (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1344309.0)) is kind of scam accusation, the 2nd one (বাংলা (bangla) (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1979138.0)) is a locked one and the first one (বাংলাদেশ (Bengali) (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=631891.0)) is the only one which says,

Translation: This thread is for bangali speakers.

This is the only topic where bangali people can make comments.

Anyway,
The community is not even a community of 10/12 people (if my calculation is right). When I first discovered that it was full of spam. People were posting...

...Types of comments. The OP of the topic actually does not care IMO. S/he created the self moderated topic and left it. After having a failed attempt to create another fresh topic (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4424342.0), I started to report the spammy posts and now if you see the topic (latest few pages) - it's much better.

For a community of 10/12 people you do not need a dedicated mod. If you feel a post is not relevant and spammy then just report to the moderator. Cyrus will take care of it. I believe I have reported over a few hundreds of posts on that topic so far and non of them were marked as a bad one.

A small advise for OP in local language: Please ebhabey poor language ay topic create koray Bengalider mention koray Bangladesh er proti oder image ta nosto korien na. I am sorry, apnar post poray ora whole community kay obohelar chowkhey daykhbay. Please English writing er dokhkhota aro baratay hobay, tarpor english board ay post koriyen.
