i am watching market after last november, and have my favorites, and one is Verge,
i want to know from forum members - what are you thinking about Vergecurrency s Future?

Constant hacks, incompetent devs, IP leaks, missed deadlines, failed wraith protocol, a dead github and a dying community.

It's future is to fall to zero. Sell any you are holding ASAP.

i do not think that it has future

As much as I do not really have much trust in this coin and do not think it is promising, I will not discourage you if you have interest in it. I will suggest that you take your time to do a very good research and ensure it is a good coin before you invest in it and also make sure it is a potential coin for hold.

I think that the value of Verge will go absolutely straightly down, because the use of the coin is almost none, I've never trusted Verge and its price will fall, I'm sure of it. Just popular at the moment because of the idea and ads, nothing more.

Maybe Verge could raise a little bit with the other altcoins together until the end of the year, but after 2018 it will drop from TOP 100 coins, you will see. I don't see anything why give money into Verge.

I do not see a bright future in them, of course they can give profits to their holders, but if you look at how they do business with those guys do not want to deal. This is my personal opinion.

It is a good option for short term investors as with the major coin rising this smaller cap coins will also rise and most demanded and traded will have a higher returns as even the day trader would  like to make the most of it during the volumes happens and can rise a lot in short term.

Not all traders have the task to get a small percentage for the day, most are focused on earning a larger income over a longer period. But even if we consider this coin for short-term gain, I would prefer other options...

my favorite is BTC and ETH only ! all other coin is sheetcoin for me.

Verge is one of those altcoins that has no real potential, it has a lot of problems too. but this coin is also one of the favorites of pumpers. which means every now and then they pick it up, pump it hard to the moon and then it is down the hill from there.
if you can catch one of these pumps which don't last that long either, then you can make a good profit.  other than that, don't waste your time.

Actually not really missed deadlines, but obvious lies about the deadlines. This coin is a total joke.

Verge has no future. People figured out it was nothing but an overhyped shitcoin with no real value/potential whatsoever, it provides shitty privacy/anonymity features, showed signs of being a PnD coin when the market was in a dowtrend a few months ago with marketing, misses a bunch od deadlines, etc... they only ones talking positive things about this shitcoin are probably bahgolders trying to create hype to attract newcomers and then dump.

It's very unlikely that this coin will recover to previous highs.

Verge is shit coin, that is why it will end up bad, it does not matter how profitable a coin is as long as it is shit coin, there is nothing to do.

Verge is too overhyped and overvalued. Generally, I will stay away from coins promoted by McAfee unless you can buy them at a cheap price. Otherwise, the price will go down because there are too many bagholders and big holders are waiting to dump the coins onto you.

Exactly price of Verge is right now still more then 100 times as a year and a bit ago. Although all promised they give were broken.  People that still hold Verge will pay that dearly.

While I generally agree with what you said, the ip leaks were proven false. That was just some FUD that was being spread around. The constant hacking and the FUD is what hurt this coin. If they can get their problems sorted out, you have a chance to make a pretty decent amount of money off of it. It was right at $.01 the other day.

I may consider myself as one of a victim of Verge. I put my money on it as I give trust that I'll be earning more profits but unfortunately, I'm badly losing.
Even I've experienced this one but I've never lost my hope that Verge  will soon to recover and I'm keep waiting for it. 

Verge showed great improvement last year..Verge was the most preferred project, along with Monero and Zcash, between privacy coins..I think at the end of this year, they can not catch a big rise like last time.

Don't lose your hope mate, I know someday this verge will recover it's profitable price again. We just have to be patience with the current market situations, and someday we'll survive this in a right time price will come up a good value.

Lol are you joking with me or it's simply you don't even watched all of the things that have already happened to the verge. a lot of people are moving to another coin and verge is such a terrible coin. It's non anonymous coin and over rated coin. It must go down because it has no advantage.

This pretty much sums it up, so many hacks on this coin makes you wonder why people still bother to invest. Just because they have a partnership with pornohub doesn't mean it has a future. If you want a real privacy coin look at something like XSPEC which has a low market cap and great entry point for investment

Verge future still in the dark cloud, they cannot manage to prove why it is worthy to buy their coin, It been a while since it was created but they continuously failed to sustain the market need, so it's better to make a wise decision before keeping this coin.

I think Vergecurrency has no future in the years to come because there is no such good innovation to uplift their platform to attract the buyers that is their value had been stagnant or even to go down lower but if you tend to believe them it's your own decision and face the consequences.

I agree with you . This is a joke and is the shitcoin of this market. Personally I would never invest in this altcoin because I could not understand the reason it was pump and it was not clear who was behind this project. The best advice is to stay away as it is not good for the investor

In my personal opinion, it is actually an altcoin led by a smart person. It has partnered with pornhub and I think it is a smart collaboration. pornhub needed a ability to pay quickly and Verge did that. So Verge is a potential altcoin and worth to invest.

We are talking about a coin that climbed into the porn industry and literally lost one half of its investors literally overnight and is now in a pit. Yes, it's for sure that she has a bright future among the losers.

They marketed their project extensively and many advertised
McAfee backed up and jumped to fancy prices that no one expected
I think it collapsed because of its partnership with porn sites .. The owners of the currency were expecting partnerships with major companies and not porn companies

I had a big amount of Verge last year, and i watched the evolution of this coin. It doesn’t have anything special, it was used a lot for pumps and dumps. I wouldn't invest in this coin now.

Verge went like shit this year.
