ICO projects currently hold 3,330,390 Ethereal (ETH), equivalent to nearly $ 1 billion - at current Ethereum prices.

This could be true coz nearly 98% of icos are ran on ether block chain and they need the ether smart contract wallets to ran,therefore ether is sold for all these icos and this has led a great drop down of ETH more within this space

That's a good spreadsheet to study which projects have more ETH and how are they contributing to the ETH and crypto ecosystem in general. Sadly a lot of scam ICOs also have a great deal of ETH with them which they keep dumping whenever they wish. Then we have these stupid ponzi games which have been getting quite popular lately, and they also have giant heaps of ETH with them. Personally I don't think ETH will gain high value this bull season.

Pleas don't forget to post your source. If this is true then icos are the right way to get a ton of ETH now day's, and it's normal to see icos selling their stock because they need bitcoin to support their coin once it join to a exchanger and they need money to send to their pockets too  :D

Personally i don't like icos at all is hard form me to trust them, but with this nice amount of money i should get more involved with them.

Thanks this is useful, However can you add where you got this link? Source? Most of the ICO's right now are having a hard time to reach hard cap. That's why i buy alot of coins when they get listed on several exchanges, Real use project or something that can be use by alot of people is a main thing for me.

I know ICOs in this year are very successful, but don't think they still hold that much ETH

This is really a good news based on this ETH is in the top in case of ICO projects. Also this is a blessing for people because they can get little hope based on this market condition.

Actually this is good news for the ICO investors mainly because ETH is holding the first position in the market based on ICO projects also such types of news is very important to investors because of current market situation.

According to the recent researches of Santiment, the ICO projects holds Ethereum worth 1 billion dollars. Apart from Ethereum Foundation, the ICO project that holds largest ethereum balance is DigixDao. Golem, Status, Aragon are the next largest Ethereum holding ICO project.

This is a good thing to see that ETH is at the top when it comes to the ICO projects. Moreover it gives people a sense of hope that the coin does have potential value despite the fall it took a couple of weeks back.

Quite a scary reality. I like ETH but it's not exactly safe if all of these decide to cash out. More than likely when the next bull run comes along we'll see a huge increase in selling pressure on ETH.
Most other projects will rise with the bullrun but ETH will probably stay down due to all projects selling with the bull run.

I agree with your speculation because ethereum remains the best and the most potential. More projects have trust in its technology that is why they still use it for their activities and I believe the more it gets supports and the token that use it gets launched, it will help it recover from the fall quickly.

Very interesting statistic. And I think that Ethereum price now depends from this largest holders of ETH. If somebody will sell their ETH balance, I think it will be the critical influence to the Ethereum price.

The whole ETH scene was behind the recent situation of the crypto market. We already saw the ETH market to crash, but it was mainly because of the people losing their trust over ETH. According to a lot of users, when we are giving the ICO companies to get a hold of huge amount of coins, we are also giving them the permission to pump and dump those coins according to their will.

I agree with you partially with this discussion that I also have seen ETH invested most in many ICOs. Most of the ICOs trade token measuring ETH values. Most ICOs gives ETH their ultimate priority in collecting funds. This will make a real haze in the market, slowly.

I believe that more money goes into the crypts market and the better the market is for all of us.
People obviously hope to get rich in a short time and therefore try to make a bet with new projects as it is much easier to do x10 in a new ico than do x10 in our bitcoins since is already a huge coin.
The problem is that so many of the money invested sadly goes to hell because of scam, which is why I believe that if the market was regulated with a mandatory and controlled kyc for the creators of a coin there would be more money in the market.

The Ethereum project is really amazing when you step back to think about it. It has created an entire ecosystem of projects off it's back.  Very cool technology.  I can only imagine when it goes from here.

Even EOS has been raising more than 4 millions ethereum and all of them have been dumped into the market. AFAIK ico is realizing right now to put the more option to be accepted as a payment option besides of ethereum payment to invest in their ico. EOS has been dumping worth 4 billion dollars to the market.

A statistic shows amazing figures, but I wonder at the time they began to research. Because, several project have been beginning before the market was not down as well as they can't end ICO in present. This statistic only indicates some aspects of the market. 

This actually makes me nervous about holding Ethereum.  It seems there may be a lot of supply hanging in the balance.  Can you imagine if the alt market takes a large hit?  Everyone may sell Ethereum at the same instant to get Bitcoin.

I am not sure if this is a good news or a bad news. From what I know, the number of people investing on ETH were declining and that is the cause of the low price now. A huge part of investors were panic selling and has given up on ETH. I just hope that ETH will recover sooner before the price goes too low for it to recover. Also from what I notice, it seems that those huge companies has the ability to manipulate the price. Scary....

panic buying will soon happen when all these ethanols are going to see the price are going to continue to rise in weeks.

That's a massive amount of money. I think that ICOs are one of the major reasons behind Ethereum being the second largest cryptocurrency. ICOs made it quite unbeatable to most of the coins.

Yes i like that Ethereum is the King of ICO project. I have many project of campaign that we are properly to do this work. The ICO project is successful project and gets a good profit from this project. The ICO project is many participant are doing this work and get huge profit. I have doing Facebook twitter Reddit and LinkedIn and YouTube and blog. They are do many proper doing work and after end of ico they can get more income from this project. All participants are very well done and we have to do this work. At last i can say that i am agree this project.

No wonder DigixDAO grabs the second place in the list. Their total token value is enormous in the marketcap. But i think Golem can surpass DigixDao and also they have bigger marketcap.

That is kind of high, maybe enough to significantly affect the price of ethereum is if they were all to sell at the same time. 1 billion worth of ethereum is about 5 percent of the total ethereum. There seem to be too much emphasis on ethereum in launching an ICO
