Best thing to do would be to research and find new coins wherever you can (bitcoin forums, reddit, crypto news websites, etc.). Other than that, you could also take a look at online profitability calculators like whattomine.com. Although, many will tell you that when a coins gets listed on calculators, it is already too late because too many people will already be mining it. Best would be to research and find coins before they become known to many.
