By the end of 2017, Bitcoin hits $20,000. In the beginning of 2018, the market is always dowtrend and seriously reduced, the price of BTC is only half or less than half of the peak of last year. But I have always been hoping for this market, by the smart solution that it brings, staying focused on technology and trust, I will continue to hold even though the asset has evaporated 40% compare to from the beginning 2018. What about you?, Have you confidence in the market you join? How much you lost?

I invest in coins because the next bull run will be bigger not all people are able to hold till that. Bitcoin is at $6000 very good now for new investors.

I believe that the price will increase in the future, because institutional investors will enter this market

I lost more than  $1000 at the beginning, but then I had profits, in this market will always have losses and profits

I was lucky not to invest when the price of bitcoin was at its all time high. I was tempted to enter the market when many newcomers were entering at or close to the all time high. But I resisted the temptation. If you have invested at the beginning of 2018, exiting now doesn't make any sense. Just continue to hold as long as it takes, because the tables will turn around and bitcoin will go above its all time high in the future. I have great confidence in that. The question is only when, not if.

Investing in the cryptocurrency market has never been late and investors can fully expect a strong bull market in the near future. I think that things are still ahead and the future of the crypto market will grow very strong.

although bitcoin is currently experiencing a downturn but I still believe in bitcoin, and this is a good time to buy and hold bitcoin until prices soar again, believe me this will happen.

I invested many new altcoin in december last and was predict the price can be going up to 10 to 20 times but that my prediction is wrong and the price dumped hard more than 80%. This is my big mistake in crypto investment but i will not sell it because bearish will end and bullish will be back, crypto is way to get financial freedom if we have extra  patient wait for bull market and learn more about risk management.

If the bitcoin price reduced from $20000 to $6000 in this year doesn't mean everyone lost their amount,it mattkers when you buy the bitcoins if you bought in 2015 you still made huge profits so you should have patient if you want return from your investments.

Your faith is good but until when you can " HOLD " is another story. If you stay with hold strategy, I suggest you also find another way to create income from out side crypto market, you can use your you tube channel/ web/ blog to share knowledge and get income from ads. My hope is same with you but I just try to become realistic.

I agree with you, for me Bitcoin can do bigger things than, it can change the way people use money, everything like security, middlemen, .. if you are a go of course you will be very beneficial.

The market will definitely recover, but no-one knows when it happens. We might see even 3000 USD price for bitcoin or might see 5000 then 12000 then 3500. But anyway in the long run bitcoin will grow to 100 000 (especially when USD will cost nothing).

Sure. Totally agree with you. There is no chance for more drops for Bitcoin at the moment and for next few months. I mean within one year or at least running year. Only one chance for up. Though SEC rejected nine bitcoin ETF’s proposal but they are in under review. We have strong hope for bitcoin that its price can be going rock within one months. All moving sign is positive now at the moment. Slow but still Bitcoin continued its up moving.

I also feel that Bitcoin is starting to fall and this is a bad condition for Cryptocurrency.
Coin selection happened so tight that Bitcoin dropped quite dramatically.

When the price of Bitcoin falls in price, the price of other altcoin coins also drops so this makes the price of coins unstable.

Isn't it sad to see the price goes from $20K and then suddenly plummeted to $6-$7K in less than a year? However, I'm sure majority of us here thinks that its just a bump in the road. We think that there are money willing to be invest again on bitcoin and crypto. People are just waiting for that perfect time. So its really best to hold and wait for the moment when bitcoin makes its move and rise again.

I have not lost anything yet. I am still holding my bitcoins because I believe it will grow in a matter of time. Added to that statement, the price will hit $20k again this year. We will experience it again, but then it is going to fall again. I am still going to believe in bitcoin even if it drops to $100. That is why people need to be positive about it no matter what happens. The thing is that some people lose hope quickly. Always stay positive.

That is so true, we have a good momentum and everyone hope that it will trickle down on 2018, however, we witnessed a bear market reducing the price to almost 70%-80%.

Look no further, there's a good indication that we might see the tail end of this bear market as bitcoin is slowly pushing and have broken the $7K barrier. Yes, I'm still confident that we can a good recovery before the end of the year, we might not see all-time-high though, but at least a good 5 digit mark is not bad.

I'm confident with Bitcoin we saw a lot of changes over the past years and it shows that it can grow even further it only needs more time to improve before it can keep up with the bigger markets. I didn't lost a lot when the price started to correct maybe at least a hundred $ (estimate).  I remember I didn't have a lot left on my wallet because I decided to sell most of what I had last December so I can treat myself.

I am very confident in my crypto investment, which in the end will be able to get a huge profit for me, even though the current price is down and for example I will sell it at the current price, maybe the loss I will suffer is around 80%, but I can will keep holding and storing what I have now until the price will rise even higher.

I loss much money because greedy and FOMO, I started learn about crypto trading 3 years ago and during this times passing many times of bull market and there are alot of coin was growth 10 to 100 times but cause greedy iam not really make profit and now in loss because iam not sell all digital asset in december last year. I am with you. I am also holding bitcoin at a loss but I have an implicit confidence in the potentiality of bitcoin. Iam not deterred by the market situation because bitcoin has the ability to withstand the  bearish tendency of the market since the beginning of the year. Yes, investing in BTC or into the cryptographic market is never going to be a breeze, because it can always give us the opportunity to make a profit, mainly because your knowledge is sufficient to follow.

Most altcoins will not be able to recover, before that they need to sustain their price and project for at least 2 years, but Bitcoin will hit new highs.

If you have been trading for over three years, then maybe you have not ended up learning enough to know to be able to know that having a strategy, knowing how to study and understand the market conditions, will always be at your best interest. It is  a good thing you have been able to identify that greed has always been an obstacle to your success and since you know for those years markets are always bound to drop back lower, then you should have been able to put that to work and set every greedy emotions aside in the long run.

If you are now in loss in my opinion is keep hold that coin and patient waiting for the next bull market because with low market cap of crypto is big possibility bull market will start in the beginning next year,  and if you now just jump in to crypto,  dont late to buy some good coin because all of them has potential to going up to 10 -20 tines in 1 years even less than that times.
