They filed for bankruptcy protection and the Japanese government accepted it meaning that you cant sue them atm.

Bankruptcy stops civil actions. 

It does not stop criminal investigations which is where this is headed.

Hi guys,

Being one of the people that deposited in the late days clearly when they knew they had no coins, I'm considering doing what others have done and going to Shibuya to file a fraud complaint with the jcops.    Is anyone else considering the same?

What are your thoughts.

Speaking of fraud I assume people still have copies of the email Gox sent out a couple weeks ago where they said they were not operating a fractional reserve?
