It should be high profile initial coin offering since two great project are backing it and is their joint venture. You can create a pool, set min/max cap, min/max contribution rate, fee amount for an organizer (in the current version only as a percentage of the ETH amount collected. Not as a percentage of the tokens amount) The participants can invest and claim their funds. When a pool is created one can change the ICO address, cancel the creation or send money to another ICO. After the money has been sent the admin can claim his fee. All the tokens/ETH that will come to a contract address are distributed between contributors in proportion to their investments. The participants can claim each token/ETH independently. Every pool is public.

Moreover, we have profiles, pools descriptions,  ICO links. We've got ratings (There will be a changing system for this ratings soon)

The KYC will not be mandatory for every pool created. It is up to the pool organizers to decide whether the pool requires KYC from every participant or not.

It's totally FREE for ICO pools with cap up to 1000 ETH, but if cap is more than 1000 ETH, then 1000$/pool.
It's much less than competitors' offers  ;)

Hello! Could you please clarify, what you mean by limitations  :)
For example, on our platform now you can set limits on the minimum and maximum contribution, size of the pool.
You can only use ETH
For now the admin's commission only available in ETH (in the future it may also be in the tokens)
For now, integration with Metamask only

It seems that this service may be blocked in your country or country of your VPN connection.

In this case there should be another guide, located on another resource.

It's the MVP. Of course, they will add some more features soon. I think they're meeting the problems like collecting feedback from the potential users. Because the market is down now. I've been working in this area and know how difficult it is  :D :o

Hello! Not exactly. On Poolsar, you can't create projects / ICOS using Poolsar.
It is a platform for ICO pools conducting.

An ICO pool gathers people who want to participate to the presales of ICOs to get bigger bonuses; it means that instead of 1 big investor, a group of small and middle investors collect their funds to join ICO pre-sales.

Poolsar is an easy way to collect funds and distribute tokens to pool participants. My favorite function is refunding. Anyone can take it's ETH back before it sends to ICO just in a couple of clicks. It's great, isn't it? If you want to unite with a group of investors you can just create a pool on Poolsar. ;)

I guess the point is to be ready for the next market peak! It will be too late to do anything after the market starts growing! That's how things work on this market. And the main problem for the team is to find out what features will be in demand. Especially now!
