Do you guys know any legit bounty platforms? Mainly for translations. Btw. if you have experience with translations, how easy is it to get a place?

The biggest "bounty platform" is this forum, bitcointalk.org. I know these bounty platforms, tried all of them:
https://bountyhive.io/
https://bountyplatform.io/
https://bountyplatform.io/

Regarding the translation question: prepare yourself, that in the beginning you will have to work for no money, as long as you don't have a decent portfolio. By the way, to what language would you translate?

How many will I have to do for free before starting to earn something?

Well I can't give exact numbers for you. I guess it depends on the bounty itself. You must be good at translating and also you have to do the research to find bounties that require Romanian translators. The good thing is that there is a Local Romanian section where you can post your translations. Try to contact other Romaninan forum members who do these kind of bounties to give you specific information.

There are lots of bounty platform like

1. BountyHive
2. Bounty Portals
3. BountiesAlert
4. BOUNTYPLATFORM
5. AmaZixBOUNTIES
6. BountyLord

But as per my opinion if you want to participate in translation bounty then you will find it in bitcointalk.org
Before starting to translate any white paper or announcements make sure to reserve your translation by talking with concerned bounty manager otherwise your effort will be value less.
Good luck.

Dont waste your time you can make a lot more money working a job in real life instead of wasting your time on these bounties because most of them are scams or pay peanuts.

I wouldn't agree that bounties pay peanuts or it's just a waste of time.
There are few out there that are really worth it.

I must agree with @lightcar that survival only on bounties won't do.

Do other crypto related investment or do normal jobs outside crypto.

You shouldn't be posting this on this section. Move it to the altcoin discussions so you can see on how many bounty hunters will reply your question there.

Btw. if you have experience with translations, how easy is it to get a place?
I'm not a translator but I see its harder nowadays because of too many competitors, the competition is tough though.

Bounty Translations have a high demand nowadays and you need some good translation portfolio before you join one and it is hard there are some platforms like bountyhive and there are few persons who do translating there maybe you can create an account and join there or maybe be active in the bounties board and make sure you type reserve first although translating is hard there are some persons who can do that and active as fck here in the forum.

What I am wondering is how can they review what you have done? They don't speak the language, that is why they need a translator, so how do they know how good you've done your job?

If you are going only for the translation bounty then you can better do that even in the bounty thread on the bitcointalk because most of the time there is no difference from doing on the bounty platform and directly if you are going for social media campaign then you can try bounty platforms like bountyhive and lot others.

I do not like to work on bounty platforms, there are frequent program failures, they will not count and then you will not prove. And a lot of the scam falls into such platforms. A lot of people and scanty rewards.

It is not that easy to get your place into the translation campaign because these days managers have created their own list of trust or they also called it as Reserved Translators. These are the people who will get first preference for translating the ICO documents and if they by chance ignore some opportunity then you may be the next who will get accepted for the translation. I believe that this process has gotten difficult these days and no one is leaving their job so easily and thus getting hired for it would be tough. If you want to make entry into it then just show your proof of work and they may consider you.

Sure you are in the right forum for the legit bounty platform, no doubt bitcoin talk is the best among all the platforms, other platforms still do their work here on bitcointalk, also you can check out bountyhive, though they don't have much bounty on their site.

Just one note on the platforms.  They pay out better than randomly selecting bounties however the coins they pay out are usually not worth much.  I have been using platforms for almost a year and have yet to receive a token with any worthwhile value.  I have done 50-80+ bounties on these platforms.

Most of the bounty platforms has been said but I've seen another one and it wasn't mentioned by any of you.

-Bountysuite

I'm not a bounty hunter and I'm not interested to join any of it in the future. You don't need any bounty platform as well as this forum gives you the list and threads of it on Bounties (Altcoins). (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0)

the platform is indeed a good thing for bounty and even up to now it was becoming increasingly large. for the campaign's own translation is hard enough to get in. must always be active knows the topic recently and immediately signed up for it in order to get a place. with a limited participant in every language will make it difficult to get work.

It is better to use only telegram channels, where new companies are updated. Above I see there are listed managers, you can just follow them, these are the most popular, and their companies do not give much to the newcomers. But do not use platforms, a waste of time.

Regarding the translators, they are the ones who get the biggest bounty rewards but as others have already mentioned, it is extremely hard to get the job and also you have to check if your language is needed.

it will be better without taking part in the bounty platform because sometimes there are errors that cause the stake to not be counted or errors and the number of stakes at the end of the bounty, and usually the bounty platform also cuts some tokens in the interests of developing their platform, I think it's better to join bounty calculated manually

All bounty platforms are legit. Like bountyhive or bountyguru. He is quite legit. but, for translation you still need experience in that. Because translation requires good language skills and experience moderating professional threads. So, all bounty platforms are the same in terms of translation. I have tried translation in bountyhive and was refused because of lack of experience.

Do not use bounty platform, and find bounty that is not using bounty platform, trust me you will only get a few dollars if you use bounty platform. Translation bounty is one of the highest paid bounty, but it also has the least slot, so most of the time the first to reserve the translation will get the job. You can activate the notification for new thread in Altcoin Bounty section, so few seconds after a bounty manager post the thread you will got an email, and you can directly reserve the translation from the thread.

In my bounty campaign I used to look for bounty campaign here because there are many campaigns here that gives good profit rather than joining bounty campaign from other platforms. About translation I do not have an experience yet but as I knew it this task can gives high earnings compare to other types of campaigns. For now I study more and do some research on how to do correct translation job.

The best reward platform is the one on this site. At the bounties section you will find many bounty projects to choose from. And I'm still romanian and I choose projects with translations for Romanian language, also on this forum. You can also try other rewards platforms like bountyhive.io or BountyHunters.io. No matter where you get the projects, you have to do a good research because many ICO projects are SCAM. You have to keep track of this forum if you want to make translations, because translations are reserved very quickly and you need to be fast.

I agree with you that the translation campaign is not very easy to go through. Because the manager already has several backup translators, that means the opportunity is very small if we want to participate. And indeed this process is very difficult to go through, it would be better to participate in other campaigns.

Yes, a lot of platforms that require the translate of whitepaper or site. But this current for carriers of two languages an ordinary person will not do anything there. In theory, you can make a transfer but it is unlikely to accept it and give payment for it to work better in other campaigns such as articles or videos on youtube, etc.

many platforms I've come across and maybe only in a good bountyplatform.io among others. especially if it is a work of translation is certainly this could make considerable results. However, it is known if joined in translation at least did have to have a pretty good language skills. more than that most certainly does not have to have experience and should even more quickly in a register before it was preceded by other people.

bountyhive.io is the best bounty platform I've ever known. There are a lot of bounty programs out there, but I don't like a place that is too few budgets and there are too many people involved in this platform. But anyway, bitcointalk  is still the best because you can contact the manager easily if your stake is a problem

I wouldn't take projects from platforms on your place. Very big percent of all projects fraud which can't is simple there it is carried out at this forum.

I think you are right, it's kinda different for someone who is start off with translation to get a spot, so i think I will advice you try https://bountyhive.io/, I think they accept more people, I also I will advice you to start working first to build your portfolio whether pay or not paid that way you will have a better chance of getting a spot.
