Title: BTC-e.com Problems
Post by: uzimmer on March 03, 2014, 01:27:12 PM

I donīt know if it is of interest. I have an account with BTC-e.com and I am waiting for a simple Euro SEPA transfer to Germany since Feb. 10th.
They are not answering my request, emails or tickets.
Are they becoming the 2nd Mt. Gox?

Btc-e's banking partner is located in Czech, that might be your answer.. Or you forgot to insert message in the wire (which credits to your account)

I took out EUROS before - 6 weeks ago. The money hit my EURO account that time after 4 days.

To me this looks like a wave of new accounts spreading fud about BTC-E to cause a further price drop.

(edit: it's only two accounts atm but I expected more to come)

BTC-E suspended my brothers account, ok yeah he may have been trolling the chat, and admin. But they kept ~40 LTC. After numerous support tickets, they reply in the morning, and if he doesn't respond fast enough, they close the ticket. It's not all fud, suspending an account, fine, keeping all the LTC is theft.

Perhaps OP is trying to withdraw EURO, you mentioned about deposit right?
