It is mining 1 block every 10 minutes In bitcoin but in this page https://www.blockchain.com/btc/blocks we will find 539313 (Main Chain) 2018-08-31 09:27:12 539314 (Main Chain) 2018-08-31 09:29:08 between this 2 block is 2 minutes only how ??? It is never actually 10 minutes which is what the difficulty adjustment tries to adjust.
