Title: blockchain.info not showing recent transactions Post by: HerrAndreas on March 03, 2014, 08:00:55 PM I just withdrew some btc from bitstamp to bitcoin.de.
the btc left bitstamp and are now collecting confirmations ( (BUT) the transaction is simply not showing up on blockchain.info any ideas out there? Title: Re: "invisible" btc withdrawals? Post by: Rannasha on March 03, 2014, 08:08:39 PM Blockchain.info currently seems to be disconnected from the network, it is still showing block 288773 as the most recent, while blockexplorer.com already shows 288779.

Blockchain.info provides an API for sites to use when handling Bitcoin transactions. Many sites use it, as it's far simpler to set up than monitoring a local bitcoind. Problem is that if Blockchain.info stops functioning properly, so do the sites that rely on it. After Gox, everybody is on their nerves.
