I don't know about more encryption based coins. Because the coins you have mentioned here are quite good and they have some popularity. So no other coins are eligible to be mentioned from my view.

honestly I don't know much, even I just found out that stellar is a platform because so far I know only ethereum and NEO and recently there is EOS which I think in the future will be hype and be able to compete with other platforms like NEO, stellar even ethereum
