I don't believe this rating sites so it is not successfully run in future because you do not explain the project white paper then how peoples are believe your words. Most of the rating sites are useless in crypto platform so better we should analyse our own efforts we will find the good projects.

remember, there are many ico who have achieved a hard cap, but until now the price of the token cannot reach ico, it's very sad.

I don't think this ICO will reach hard cap because I see "ratings" on screenshot which are red flags for me and all smart investors because rating sites can sell it for higher rank. And bear market is other negative factor.

Without the details on what ICO it is and for how long it is going to be open, nobody can tell if it will reach hard cap or not. Can not just go by ratings alone for ICOs.

Well soft cap is very normal. 2,4 million usd, which is fine for project that size. If they plan to launch marketing in US for platform, then it`s very easy to understand where that money will go.
