I rarely see this type of campaigns that are looking for the bounty hunters, you may just leave and create a thread and wait for those applications.
You want to start a social media campaign why not do it and put a certain details for the instructions and rules? and be careful this is for those bounty hunters there, look clearly on the project and if its shady don't get any part of it. The more trusted and known manager, the more the participants.
