Can't put all the blame on the scammer though if someone dumb enough to put their money on some random project without checking anything.

Sometimes an ICO becomes suspicious due to a name they choose for a team member, but the name doesn't fit the person looks.

You can check at here. Everyone dont put your money on this project buying from ICO or Exchange.
