Personally i prefer to buy eth from local exchanger, i give local currency cash value to him and he sends me equivalent amount of eth to my wallet, this for me is the most trustworthy method uptill now.

I seen this option in Bancor but the fees is quite high since we can buy ETH using credit card. I normally buy ETH in remittano, a peer to peer exchange similar to localbitcoin.

Bancor is a very effective site to get ETH for the users. You just have to go to the site, log in by filling the necessary informations, attach your wallet with the site, and give your payment system details. There you will need to give the verification code and you can get ETH coins as you want.

Another new site named Bancor has emerged from where users can buy ETH easily. Users have to log in the site, provide information of user, payment system, adding his or her wallet to the site and put the verification code in the site and user is ready to buy ETH.

I also use exchangers, but we must understand that not all exchanges are honest. and it is necessary to trust only the checked up. Often seen in the exchange where the rate of payment more profitable for a month to delay or not pay at all

Not sure if Bancor is exchange or just a place where to get crypto for FIAT, as I don’t know it that well. I noticed they have their own token (just like Binance or any other exchange). Is there a must to own their token in order to use their site?

I personally use Bitpanda.com that is Austrian company from Vienna (country and city where I live). You can pay with credit card (plus other means of sending money are supported too). So definitely great option for european crypto fans. Fees are ok, but if I remember correctly you have to do KYC...

I also use changelly to make such purchases
And also luno

But if I don’t feel like buying online, I basically go to my neighborhood and buy using fiat from local dealers
It’s quite easy here where I stay

There are many ways to own ETH. You can buy on Remitano decks, or buy directly,... Consider and look carefully. By chance you will lose the whole amount if you select the wrong seller

As far I remember you can buy ETH directly on MEW using a credit card too. I dont remember the name of the service provider behind it, but yes, they have enabled a service for sure.

It's a little bit complicated rather than try to use the local exchange site to buy ethereum consider that needs easy requirements. Remember a lot of banks have been blocked all of CC that has been used to create any transaction related to the cryptocurrency.

I'm always using this method too because it's more convenient for me personally.

I rarely even use coin base. A long time ago, I came across this app LUNO. and ever since then, I have really not had any reason to buy my ethereum or bitcoin even somewhere else. Luno has been really helpful for me. It is safe, convenient, and very easy to use. I would recommend it for anyone who is interested.

I usually buy from Gemini. It's a fully regulated US exchange operated by the well-known Winklevoss twins. I don't think the fees are that great... but they're cheaper than coinbase.
